We currently have around 20 different technologies, nearly 200 machines and more than 10,000 square metres of production area to help our partners.

Beside our own capabilities, we have built throughout the years extended partner network with complementing technologies such as KTI coating, powder coating, and heat treatment.

Tool manufacturing/designing

From your own design, or with designing

Versatility, creativity. This is what defines our young team of tool designers and manufacturers. Bíró Ltd. has already placed great emphasis on this area, which the Rév Group would like to further strengthen, so we place special importance on both the development of our machinery and professional competences.

Cutting

Circular Saw, Saw, Shear, Plasma

From disc shredders to shears or plasma cutting, all the technology is in-house to ensure the best, most efficient solution.

For precision cutting, laser and punching machines is available to our partners.

Laser Cutting

Sheet, Tube, Square Tube

With multiple machines, we can handle different thicknesses, whether it’s sheet, tube, hollow sections or solid materials.

Sheet punching, Finestamping / Blanking

From Sheet, Coil

Precision large series cutting with presses, fine blanking, with the quality criteria of the product in mind

Welding – Manual/Robot

CO / AWI / Robot / Cobot

Besides pressing, we have the most complete range of welding units and machines.

Whether it is CO or AWI welding, we have the capacity and expertise to handle them all. We weld with both robots and cobots, so even longer, aesthetical welds are no problem for us.

Bending

Sheet, Tube, Square Tube

We also have tube and plate bending technology in-house, so in most cases all you need to start production is the right prism or clamping tool.

CNC Machining

Turning, Milling, Wire EDM

In the field of CNC machining, we work with a wide range of machine types, both for tool production and for the majority of our automotive supplies.

Molding

Plastic Injection Molding

At the moment we have machinery for plastic injection moulding, but of course we are not afraid of purchasing machinery for a project.

Of course, all basic equipment is also available in production, along with more advanced, more precise and faster techniques.

Etching, Marking

Marking, Etching using different technologies

Marking is an absolute necessity, especially in the automotive sector. The requirements are always agreed with the partner and the technology that suits them is selected.

Grinding, Finsihing

Manual, Machine or Automatic

In the metals industry, grinding and deburring is an undeservedly underestimated area, although in our experience it is sometimes much more important than it is given credit for. We therefore pay particular attention to these processes.
